Perimenopause and menopause can feel lonely. Your body changes, and it can be hard to explain what is happening, even to yourself. A hot flash at work. A night without sleep. A day when your focus won’t come. And then an appointment where you are asked, “How have you been?”
I am building Mausam to be a place to check in with yourself. It takes a few seconds. You tell it how you feel, and over time you see what keeps repeating. You can bring a clear summary to your healthcare professional. When a moment is hard, there is a calm space to catch your breath.
It is meant to be intimate and private, a place you visit often on your phone. Mausam is being designed to keep your entries on your own device, not on our servers. And I hope that, over time, it can grow into somewhere people feel less alone. If we add ways to connect, they will be built to protect your privacy first.
Mausam means “season” in Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi. It comes from the Arabic mawsim, the same root as the English word “monsoon.” This stage of life moves through seasons, hot and cool, and the pattern matters.
Made with women in mind. Open to anyone experiencing perimenopause, menopause or hormone-related changes.
It is not open yet. You can try an interactive preview, which uses made-up sample data, and join the waitlist. I will email you once, when it opens. It will be a paid app with one-time plans, and nothing is charged until then.
Mausam is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device, and it does not give medical advice. It is an independent product of Avenir Advisory.
